We use a thematic approach to introduce new ideas and concepts in our classroom. Through the use of learning centers, we work on activities that promote all areas of development: cognitive, social, emotional, large motor, and fine motor. We believe the act of learning through play is more important than the finished product. The classroom structure provides the opportunity for children to learn and grow and to gain the basic skills necessary for success in kindergarten.
